Beacon Heights is a residential neighbourhood in Northeast Edmonton, Alberta, Canada that was part of the Town of Beverly before Beverly amalgamated with Edmonton in 1961. Bellevue is a smaller residential neighbourhood located in Northeast Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This neighbourhood overlooks the North Saskatchewan River. There are two schools in the neighbourhood - Bellevue Elementary School and Eastglen High School. Both are operated by the Edmonton Public School System. Close proximity to downtown, development in the area took off by the extension of the electric streetcar line to 118 Avenue via 124 Street in 1913.
