Our Response to COVID-19

At 2% Realty Pro, we’re still open for business as usual, but with some important changes for the safety of our clients, real estate agents and staff. Our forward-thinking approach to real estate extends into our community to ensure we do our part to #flattenthecurve.

 

Office

Our office is open for pick-ups and deliveries only. We have a secure mailbox outside available 24/7 for dropoffs. Our mailbox is sanitized after every use for public safety. During business hours, our receptionist is available to assist with pickups and dropoffs. Our office building provides a large foyer to accommodate social distancing and sanitation products to be used before deliveries and pickups may occur to protect both public and reception staff.    

 

Home Evaluations

Our real estate agents are ready and available to provide FREE Home Evaluations. We are happy to do this virtually or in person. Our real estate agents will supply as much information as possible digitally minimize to contact. In-person appointments will require clients to be screened by our real estate agents and the same courtesy will be provided in return by our real estate agents prior to meetings. We are happy to accommodate any and personal protective equipment request when visiting in person

 

Sellers

Sellers will be educated on COVID-19 by our trained real estate agents before listing their homes to ensure all your questions and concerns are answered. Our real estate agents can provide a 100% contactless experience via text, email, phone, virtual meetings, and electronic documents if you like. Showings on your home will be customized around your comfort level. Our real estate agents can provide screening forms, virtual showings, personal protective equipment and other COVID-19 resources. The 2% Realty pro is limiting its Agents from holding Open Houses to the general public for the safety of their clients and themselves.

 

Buyers

Buyers will be educated on COVID-19 by our trained real estate agents before starting the showing process to ensure all your questions and concerns are answered. Buyers will be asked to be screened before viewing a home and our real estate agents will provide the same courtesy in return to both buyers and sellers when asked. real estate agents and buyers will take separate vehicles to showings to maintain distance. We can provide screening forms, provide and wear personal protective equipment, virtual showings and other COVID-19 resources. Our real estate agents can provide a minimal contact experience via text, email, phone, virtual meetings, and electronic documents.

2% Realty Pro encourages Interac E-Transfer® deposits on homes to minimize contact at banks and our office.

In these trying times, our focus is the well-being of our community. Adjusting to these changes in our world has been rapid and difficult. At 2% Realty Pro, we feel fortunate to be ahead of the curve by already being a virtual, paperless company prior to this pandemic. We are better equipped to provide a safe and reliable real estate experience during these times because of this. At 2% Realty Pro, we provide our staff and real estate agents with tech tools to work remotely with ease so we social distance and stay home. We work together with lawyers to facilitate electronic payments, and our staff is paid electronically. We’re all in this together, Edmonton, and we’re doing our best to keep our community healthy.
